This is part of my healing by environment, sound, light, air, water, or earth elements methods in other words. Usually in the context of concurrent care by licensed therapists, I sometimes use the forgiveness protocols below in various ways to include re-writing the past story. Excessive forgiveness focus can lead to denial issues about whether an issue is resolved. This approach has some potential health benefits but must be kept in context for safety, effectiveness, appropriateness.
