Rare Earth Metals, Market Predictions

My articles are generally on a weekly timeframe basis, because I trade mostly weekly options, when I trade. However, in certain instances, I do broaden my time horizon in my market-related predictions, such as when predicting "Election Recession 2020", as I so named it in 2018 when it began. Because I am monitoring many info sources on global conflict areas, I also monitor related market spaces, and, in researching rare earth metals that include uranium and other metals related to LED sensors/nanotech/medical technology, I discovered some unusual Feb 2021 call options volume on a rare earth symbol.
